--REFLECTIONS OF A SHIKOKU PILGRIM--
--Some thoughts that come to mind--
I walked the Tokushima Prefecture portion of the pilgrimage in April of this year. As with my trip in 1999, i visited both the main, numbered, temples, and the bangai temples. I visited Mt. Kōya after walking for nine days on Shikoku, instead of before like usual because of a delay in gettting to Japan.
